The band Suspect208 has fired their lead singer, who just happens to be Scott Weiland's son Noah. According to a social media post by the band, which includes the sons of members of Guns N' Roses and Metallica, Noah was axed because of his drug use.
The post stated in part, “This decision was made by the band because it was the last thing we could do to keep going. Noah was not writing lyrics or lifting his weight in the band for two months before we let him go. He was heading down a dark path of drug use that got in the way of our friendship as well as the band . . .”
Suspect208 members include Guns N' Roses' lead guitarist Slash's son London Hudson and Metallica bassist Robert Trujillo's son Tye.
Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver frontman Weiland died from a drug overdose in 2015.
